Stretch, Breathe, and Connect: Yoga on the Lawn Returns to Heber City Park

Looking for a peaceful, healthy way to start your summer Sundays? Look no further than Yoga on the Lawn — a beloved community tradition that invites residents and visitors alike to slow down, breathe deeply, and soak in the serenity of Heber Valley.

Held every Sunday from June 1 through August 24, this free, guided yoga session takes place at Heber City Park from 9:00–10:00 AM. Surrounded by nature and the quiet charm of early morning, attendees are led through a gentle, accessible yoga practice designed to ground the body and refresh the mind.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying it out for the first time, everyone is welcome. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable — from a towel to a sense of curiosity.

This event is weather dependent, and while there’s no cost to attend, donations are welcomed to support the instructors and future community wellness initiatives.

So, mark your calendar, invite a friend, and greet the day in the most mindful way possible. Join us on the grass, under the sky, and begin your Sundays with peace and purpose — right in the heart of Heber City. Follow along on social media at @HeberCityCAMS for all CAMS updates!
